Stiff shoulders resolved
Stiff shoulders disappeared! I am practising Fujikawa Sensei's protein and megavitamin. I don't have any chronic diseases, but I bought this intending to add selenium for health benefits. Like others have mentioned, it has worked wonders for my stiff shoulders. About an hour after taking one pill, I felt no stiffness in my shoulders or neck! I'm eager to see how it will help in the future.

Frozen feet relieved
Good quality selenium; it helps me a lot. If I don’t take it for a prolonged period, my feet start to freeze. As soon as I take it, my discomfort stops.

Shoulder pain reduced
The quality is excellent for the price. I initially purchased it for my mother for shoulder pain, and she mentioned that it helped her. It has benefits! Her joint pain vanished, but I can’t comment on sleep; my father took it as well and experienced no difference in his sleep problems.
